How it works and delivery
After payment: Within one business day, we write from soporte@kinfm.com to coordinate.
Tell their story by voice: Your parent or grandparent records their story on a phone or computer, with a question guide.
Upload the recordings: They receive a private link to upload the recordings.
We review every episode: People on our team review each episode before delivery: assisted production.
The first chapter is delivered within 10 days of receiving the recordings.
You have up to 12 months to use the storytelling hours. Each subsequent chapter is delivered within 10 days of receiving its recordings.
The printed book and Ongoing radio are coming later. Neither is sold today, and nothing physical is shipped.
Consent and privacy
Before starting, the storyteller gives consent in their own voice; the paying relative cannot replace it. The producer identifies itself as AI, the producer of the family radio. We never clone voices. The AI does not talk to minors; an adult sends their recorded questions.
Your content and researched historical context
All stories, voice recordings, and biography materials belong to the storyteller and their family, according to each person’s rights. KinFM receives only the limited license needed to process and edit the material and to produce and deliver the requested episodes, short episodes, and book; ownership never transfers to KinFM.
We keep the storyteller’s personal testimony—linked to its exact timestamp in the original audio—strictly separate from researched historical context, which includes cited sources, source URLs, and access dates. We never invent facts. Because historical research and AI systems can make mistakes, the family reviews and verifies the material before approving it. Any questions or discrepancies are checked privately with the family, without ever correcting the storyteller on air.
Every image used must carry a source and license. AI-generated images are clearly labeled as illustrations, never presented as historical photographs. We do not use copyrighted recorded music.
A biographical service, not therapy or medical care
KinFM is a family biography service, not therapy, counseling, or medical care. It does not diagnose conditions or promise health or mental-health benefits. If signs of suicide risk, self-harm, violence, or abuse arise during a session, the producer stops the interview, responds with warmth, provides support resources for the relevant country, and flags the session for human review. That material is never used in an episode. KinFM is not an emergency service.
Responsible use
Only share recordings and materials that you have the right to use. Do not use KinFM to impersonate anyone, clone voices, harass or threaten others, upload unlawful content, or disclose third-party personal information without permission. Never allow a minor to converse directly with the AI.
Guarantee and consumer rights
If the first chapter does not convince you, we refund 100%, no questions asked, up to 14 days after you receive it.
If we cannot complete the final product, we refund the full payment.
Founders does not require an express waiver of withdrawal rights. This guarantee supplements and does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Governing law
