Data and purpose
We process recordings, recorded voice consent, transcripts, memories people choose to share, recorded questions sent by an adult, and the contact and billing details needed to produce and deliver the digital biography and manage payment and support.
Consent
Before starting, the storyteller gives consent in their own voice; the paying relative cannot replace it. The producer identifies itself as AI, the producer of the family radio. We never clone voices. The AI does not talk to minors; an adult sends their recorded questions.
Providers
Recordings are processed with the paid Google Gemini API and are not used for model training. Stripe processes payments. Provider terms: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms. We do not share recordings with a printer: the printed book is not sold today.
Deletion on request
Data and recordings are deleted on request by emailing privacidad@kinfm.com. You can also request access, correction, or withdraw consent there. Keep your downloads: we cannot delete copies your family has downloaded or shared.
Personal agents
KinFM does not currently connect memories to agents or third-party services. If this is offered in the future, it will be disabled by default and will require the express consent of the person being interviewed, who may withdraw it at any time.
Sensitive material and crisis protocol
KinFM is not therapy or a medical service. If signs of suicide risk, self-harm, violence, or abuse arise during a conversation, the AI stops the interview, provides local support resources for the relevant country, and flags the session for human review. That material is permanently excluded from all episodes and chapters.
This website
This website loads Google Fonts, sending technical data such as your IP address to Google. It uses no analytics or tracking cookies. The language suggestion uses sessionStorage only for the browser session. My story has no form: the link opens your email application.
